Supplies
The
basic fasteners and components,
drawn as you need them.
DIEMAKER draws many of the fasteners and die supplies you need.
These supply
items are drawn as you need them, so there is no huge library of blocks to eat
up space on your hard drive. You can draw inch and / or metric items in either
an inch drawing or metric drawing.
Plus, when DIEMAKER draws the side view of a fastener, after you show where
the screw starts and ends, DIEMAKER draws the next shortest standard length. The
result is that you draw only standard length fasteners.
DIEMAKER stores information about the items it draws so you can easily create
side views and hole charts.
Because these supply items are drawn into the DIEMAKER layering scheme, they
can be copied or moved to other DIEMAKER layers. You can for instance copy the
tapped holes you drew on the die layer to the die set shoe layer and redefine
them to counter bored holes.
Advanced features allow you to draw these items on multiple layers at the
same time.
