AM Fees

Annual maintenance fees covers the cost of upgrades, technical support , and any licensing issues throughout the calendar year.  Effective January 1st, 2010 site keys will be provided only to customers on maintenance.  This is necessary in order to cover the associated costs.  If you need a site key and your maintenance has expired, you will not receive a permanent site key until we receive your payment.  Because we don't accept credit cards that may take a few days - so please don't fail to pay your maintenance and expect to get a site key on short notice.

If it has been more than one year since you purchased or updated any of your DIEMAKER licenses, please contact us for a quote.  Annual maintenance fees are shown below.  If your annual maintenance has expired, please request a quote for special pricing. 

Annual maintenance for users with more than one license - $100 dollars per license

Since 2005, requests for support are checked to confirm the user is covered for annual maintenance.
